We just found out that my daughter has been admitted to the International Baccalaureate program at school. Only 100 students in the county qualified for this program. I have no idea where she gets her smarts, but I'm so damn proud of her right now. Way to go kid !!

You should very well be proud...congrats to you and your wife for parenting well.

Let's not forget the hard work of your daughter either...tell her that one of the sponsers of that program is VERY pleased she made the grade and for her to keep her eyes on the future.

If you would like- post her first name and an e-mail addy and i'm sure she will get many pats on the back...i'll try to be the first.

Your kind words are enough , Dave. Though I tust everyone I know here...... as a loving, protective parent I can't post her name or address. I will pass along your thoughts though.
